Back at it
Didn't remember to post last weekend as I forgot!
Not a lot done last week really, bit of tidying up and cleaning more than anything.
Put the legshields back on the series 2 (on the basis that they belong there and I need the shelf space).
I tried fitting some of the floor runners (It's a 125 so it has the rifled alloy runners as opposed to the alloy channels with the rubber inserts). They need a little bending to get them to match the curve of the legshields but the problems is that as you bend them the sides flare out so I need some sort of pliers with a wide flat head to crimp the edges straight again.
This week I didn't do very much at all apart from fit a steering lock to the Series 2.
Picked up a knackered T5 Malossi kit in the week. The main reason I bought it was that it came with a head.
T5 heads haven't been available for a year or two now so I thought it would do any harm to put it by for a rainy day.
