Catching up
Been a while since the last post.
Have mainly been carrying on the tidy up process in the garage post-lambro.
Haven't bought much in the way of parts recently but got hold of two frame stands for holding a frame while you work on it. I modified mine by fitting castors on the bottom so I can wheel them around and in and out of the way. Much more civilised! I'd love to have one for each scooter but I don't think that would help my attention span problems.
Also bought a black and decker Power file
from Amazon.co.uk . I'd been after one for quite a while and they have them at a very good price (including free P&P). It could have come in handy many times over the last few years - imagine a dremel tool but a bit more heavy weight!
Also bought a pillar drill. I am converting a flywheel to SX/LI type for the Autisa engine and I need to drill out some rivets. It was a nightmare job with a power drill with the bit skidding all over the place. Should save a lot of time and effort!
