The never ending scooter project

Picked up another new project during the week, it's a lambretta
chopper frame. I have been thinking of building one for a while now
and started looking into frame modifications etc. Luckily I found one
already done.

Putting that into the garage on Friday (to get the use of my car
back!) forced my hand as it meant I really needed to get into the
garage and have a tidy up.

I had a trip into York on Friday and stumbled across a new branch of
on favourite shop - Richer Sounds - www.richersounds.com - I bought
some speaker wire while William stood mesmerised watching the
fantastic four film on about 30 tellies.

So I got in the garage today and put the speaker wire into use. Got
the hifi wired up so that I can plug the ipod in.
I had a good tidy up, put some speaker brackets up and also some
shelves (which have stuff like aerosols on etc).

Still need to do a bit more tidying up (as ever) but at least I can
get in there and listen to some music while I work.

I need to have think about which scooter to really concentrate on as
the summer will pass me by if I am not careful, another summer with no
scooter on the road!
